52 Insights for Gen Alpha | A Conscious Curriculum
Background Story
During 2021, every Thursday, for 52 weeks straight, across my platforms, I posted an original quote derived from either my New Earth Handbook, Traveling Home Together, my eBook The Road to WellBEing, my blog Flowing & Growing, or my You Tube Channel Moving Inward & Onward. Quotes also came from withIN through meditation. I brought that body of work together in one presentation which included a reflection page and deeper dives into the premises through my audios and videos. The book was called 52 Insights for Living New Earth Now. I self-published it on Amazon and there it sat. In January of 2024, I gifted my niece with a copy of the book, and as she thumbed through it, she said, “Auntie this book would be great for high school students.” I instantly thought that was an excellent idea.
Later, I mentioned the idea to my cousin who like me, is a retired teacher and administrator. She stated that the book would be perfect for middle school students who are yet forming their perspectives about their world. Through meditation it became crystal clear to me that all of the content I had created while living in Mexico was never meant for the audience I intended. This light encoded content had unknowingly been designed for Generation Alpha. With fervent energy, I began researching everything about Gen Alpha. I created a lesson plan for each quote and redesigned the cover. This innovative groundbreaking mindfulness curriculum fosters an Emotional Intelligence aspect throughout its coursework that is not present anywhere in today’s middle school curricula.
During the summer of 2024, armed with the student book and teacher’s manual, I sought out private, public, charter and magnet middle and high schools willing to debut the 52 Insights program. There were two middle schools who accepted the invitation to pilot the program during the 2024-2025 school year. There are currently close to 200 7th and 8th graders and 11 teachers who are engaging in this impactful course.

Schools Participating in 52 Insights Pilot Program
Adams-Young MS ~ It’s a dynamic female duo team of principal and vice principal. This school is a straight middle school of 6th-8th graders. Only the 7th grade student body is participating 150 students and 5 teachers. The program utilizes the first 30 minutes after lunch. An interesting fact here is that students are allowed to have their cell phones on them throughout the day.
Washington-Parks Academy ~ It’s a dynamic male team of principal and dean. This school is a K-8 school. There’s a female principal for the K-5 part of the school. The 6th-8th grades have the largest male teachers on staff that I’ve ever seen. There are 140 7th and 8th graders and 6 teachers participating. The program is utilized for the first 30 minutes of the day during homeroom. An interesting fact is that the students’ cell phones are collected at the beginning of the day and returned at the end.
Over the Christmas break families committed to a 16-Day Program Intensive called QM~RAVE. Students and their families engaged in various exercises and practices correlating with a Quote daily for 16 days straight! Here’s a few responses from students who participated…
