Raise Awareness about Generational Trama Encourage descendants of the Fula/Fulani in America involvement in the study and preservation of family history & Genealogy.
Create, publish, and promote educational materials for the upliftment and enhancement of Sense-Of-Self for Gen Alpha. Open African Connection Centers across America for various tribes in the diaspora to meet, build, create, organize, fundraise, and to connect to their villages in Africa.
Who is GenAlpha?
- Born between (2010 -2024)
- Children of Millenials
- First Generation to be born FULLY in the
21st Century. - Most “materially” endowed generation
ever. - The oldest turning 13 during 2024
- Largest generation in the history of
the world.

What influences GenAlpha
While parents play an important role in protecting and guiding their children, Gen Alpha’s are functioning an operating in “spaces” free of parental influences. In other words, this generation has access to technology andplatforms that their parents don’t even understand.

- They have owership, authority and influence in the realms they operate and influence others their own age. What influences GenAlpha
- They are the generation most connected, most exposed, most educated by external stimuli.
- They are the digital, mobile, social and global generation that will one day soon guide the evolution of humanity going forward.
Mental Health Crisis
The world Health Organization (WHO) defines mental health as a state of wellbeing in which one realizes;
- Their own unique potential.
- Can cope with the normal stresses of life.
- Can work productively and fruitfully.
- Is able to make a contribution to the community.
Most parents realize the importance of their kids mental and emotional wellbeing. However, many are at a lost and need assistance with helping their kids disconnect or at least balance all the external influences they navigate through daily.

As a retired elementary/middle teacher, I can only imagine the challenges teachers face today. Especially those who teach 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. Holding the attention of this particular group up against the backdrop of external influences and rapidly evolving technology, engaging students, must at times be extremely difficult. I feel deeply for my comrades in the trenches today.
Create, publish, and promote educational materials for the upliftment and enhancement of Sense-Of-Self for the 7th, 8th, and 9th graders of Generation Alpha.
During 2021, I posted an original quote derived from my New Earth Handbook, Traveling Home Together, my eBook The Road to WellBEIng, my blog Flowing & Growing, and my You Tube Channel Moving Inward & Onward. Quotes also came from withIN through meditation. Those quotes posted across all my brand Considerations of the Soul, social media platforms for 52 weeks straight.
I brought that body of work together in one presentation, 52 Insights for Gen Alpha: A Conscious Curriculum. I’ve discovered a way to combine my skill as a master teacher with my passion to anchor Light in this world through what will be the largest generation in the history of the world! I’m over the moon excited that my grandson Cjay, who is 5 years old, is Generation Alpha, and will one day participate in this wonderful journey of Self-Exploration, Self-Discovery, and Self-Love.
This is a course created by a teacher~ for teachers, to empower their students to become conscious thinkers and creators. Insight means the capacity to gain an accurate and deep intuitive understanding of a person, concept, or thing. It is imperative the Gen Alpha is equipped with this ability.
What is Meant by a Conscious Curriculum?
Consciousness: Its meaning depends on the context in which it is used. For the purpose of this curriculum: Awareness or perception of an inward psychological or spiritual fact; intuitively perceived knowledge of something in one’s inner self.
This a first of its kind innovative, pioneering look into mindfulness as a curriculum. It encorages students to shape their experiences and approach to life “consciously.”
52 Insights for Gen Alpha is a resourceful curriculum that addresses the much needed ‘interconnection’ of their mind, body, and spirit. This is extremely important in this delicate age of Self-Discovery. It encourages this generation to look withIN (Self) rather than withOUT (external world) to discover their true essence and purpose for existence in this world.
It time to stop asking kids, especially Gen Alpha’s what they want to be when they grow up. It’s time to start asking them what problems do you want to solve when you grow up, for we’ve made many for them.
It’s imperative in this critical time their development, that they raise their level of consciousness to meet those challenges.
52 Insights = 52 Weekly Lessons
A Reflection page corresponds with each quote, Along with a video, audio, worksheet, and/or resource for a deeper dive during the week.
I’ve been a part of the mindfulness community for many years, and I can personally attest to the benefits of mindful reflection. It enables us to.
- Develop self-awareness so that we can see our feelings, ideas, and actions without passing judgment.
- Become more adept in identifying and controlling our emotions.
- By acquiring fresh insights and comprehending our stressors, we can lessen tension and encourage relaxation.
- Conscious thinking about our priorities helps us make better decisions that are in line with our objectives and beliefs.
- We as a person by challenging our beliefs and gaining new insights.
- Increase empathy, compassion, and understanding of others to improves relationships.
- Enhances our well-being and we’ll live a more intentional and purposeful life.
A Conscious Curriculum helps 7th, 8th and 9th Graders.
- By valuing their way of self expression.
- By encouraging them to seek out their unique gifts and purpose, creating ownership of them.
- By creating opportunities and space to quiet the external noise and find their voice withIN.
- By building a toolbox of anchors that will assist with centering and grounding when in need.
- By actively turning students INward to Know Thyself, Love Thyself and BE Thy unique “Self.”
